Location: This belongs to the municipality of Tixkokob and is located three kilometers from the road to from this town to Merida, on a side road after Tixpéhual, about 23 kilometers from Merida.

History:Around 1880, the hacienda belonged to Álvaro Peón de Regil, so the property was named San Antonio Peón. The is still a tower which bears a coat of arms of the Peón de Regil family, and another can be found on the access façade of the chapel. It was administered by José María Vázquez Vega. It appears that the greatest economic boom for the hacienda occurred at the end of the 19th and early 2oth centuries. In 1950, the hacienda was sold by the Peón family to the brothers Juan and Oswaldo Millet, and bequeathed by them in 1979 to Mr. Gerardo Millet Palomeque.
